I have a few friends from Sikkim Manipal University and according to them, EIILM University’s regular degrees issued for the branches of their Bhudang and Jorethang campuses are valid and supported by Sikkim state HRDD.

EIILM University never had a distance education operational outside the state of Sikkim.Distance education was an option provided to residents of Sikkim, within the state of Sikkim.
