You should obtain the Application form and fill in the required details and send it keeping the postal delays in mind so that it reaches on or before 30.04.2016.

2. Fill in the Application form with the necessary details and affix a passport sized photograph.
3. Attach a DD equivalent to the Application fee as specified below from STATE BANK OF INDIA only drawn in favour of The Registrar, Directorate of Distance Education, Mother Teresa Women’s University payable at Kodaikanal only.

4. Send the Application form along with the DD to the following address:
