Important Updates for RVCA

RV College of Architecture College accepts BTech admissions based on COMEDK- UGET 2024/ KCET Score followed by centralized counselling. The application process for COMEDK- UGET 2024 will start on February 01 and the entrance test is scheduled on May 12, 2024. KCET applications will also start from January 10, 2024, and the entrance exam will be conducted on April 20 & 21, 2024 in offline pen & paper mode.

RV College of Architecture Bangalore was established in 1992. In 2014, the college got affiliation from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, Karnataka. RV College of Architecture offers Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture at undergraduate and postgraduate level respectively.

Minimum eligibility to apply for B.Arch. through CET is 10+2 examination or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Applicants to B.Arch. through COMED-K must complete 10+2 or equivalent with mathematics as a subject/ 10+3 diploma with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
B.Arch. courses through management quota is open for candidates who has passed 10^th with minimum 70% in Mathematics and Science, 11^th with minimum 65% in Mathematics and Physics, 12^th with 65% in Maths and Physics.
Applicants to B.Arch. must pass NATA or JEE Paper-2 with a valid score.
While for M.Arch. program, candidate must hold B.Arch. degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
M.Arch. applicants must pass PGCET or GATE Entrance Exam with a valid score.
Competent authority released cut off based on entrance scores on the basis of which admission is carried out.

RV College of Architecture offers admission to B.Arch. program through NATA/JEE Paper 2 Entrance Exam score followed by counselling. The minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in this course through CET counselling. Candidates who are applying through COMDEK-K should have Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or 10+3 diploma from central/state government with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Students applying under management quota should have scored minimum 70% in Mathematics and Science I Class 10^th, 65% in Mathematics and Physics in 11^th and 12^th with 65% in Maths and Physics subjects.

RV College of Architecture M.Arch. Admission 2023

RV College of Architecture offers admission to M.Arch. program through PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority). GATE qualified candidates can directly apply for admission. The minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in this course is B.Arch. degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

RV College of Architecture Application Process 2023

The application process for RVCA, Bangalore is offline only. However, candidates seeking admission in B.Arch. and M.Arch. must register themselves for the Entrance Exams through the respective official website.

Candidates must visit the college premises to collect the prospectus and the application form.
Fill up the form correctly and attach the following documents listed below:

10^th and 10+2-mark sheet along with the passing certificate.
Migration and Character Certificate.
B.Arch. Mark Sheet (for M.Arch.).
Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ ST), if applicable.
Entrance Exam Admit Card.
Entrance Exam Fee Receipt.
Entrance Exam Score Card.
Proof of annual income of Parents from all sources (in the case of Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) quota candidates and SC candidates.
5 Coloured Photographs.
