Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of the increase in jobs in this sector and to keep in mind that the future will be all about computer technologies. Faculty is divided according to the department and each department consists of approx 20 teachers there are a total of 300 students in one year and bca is for 3 years so the faculty: student ratio can be 1:45. All faculty have done their masters and some are pursuing higher studies like Ph.D. Some teachers are good some are bad at teaching but they all are good in nature there are exceptions. Term exam time was a high-pressure time but if you study normally throughout the sem then the exam would be a piece of cake for you. And faculty will help you if you do not do good in your exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had taken this course to pursue my career in IT field. As after BCA many fields are open for us to go. Like Software Developer, Software Engineer, UIUX Designer, etc. According to me faculty : student ratio was not good enough, in my college same teacher with less subject knowledge was forced to teach the particular subject. Atleast 2 teachers with subject knowledge for every single subject we are studying should be there. Exams were taken on time and difficulty level is normal. One more problem with IP University is last moment notification thing. IP University uploads datesheets just 10-12 days before the final exam because of this student faces stress as they are not able to manage there time as how to study according to the datesheet.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have a keen interest in computer applications and technology, and I believe that the BCA program at GGSIPU will provide me with a strong foundation and practical skills to pursue a career in this field. The course curriculum is comprehensive and well-structured, covering topics such as programming languages, database management systems, software engineering, web development, and computer networks. The coursework is designed to provide a balance between theoretical concepts and practical applications, with a focus on real-world problem-solving. The faculty members are knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about teaching. The faculty: student ratio is quite good, with a reasonable number of students in each class, which ensures individual attention and support for students. The faculty members have a diverse range of qualifications and expertise in various areas of computer applications, and they use a variety of teaching methods.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to get into the Computer science field despite not having science in school. It is the best course if you want to make a technical career and can't opt for BTech. The faculty of BCA in our college is the best. All the teachers are Ph.D. and make efforts for the students. The term exams happen 2 months after a semester starts and they are set according to the university pattern. They are set at par with University papers and are moderate to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I basically chose BCA because of the technical knowledge I can gain from this, which would be the key for me to getting a good technical job in the future. The syllabus of BCA has been improved a lot and has become better now, with various essential subjects being added. You can also do the BCA hons. degree now by completing 20 additional credits via MOOC courses. The faculty of BCA has been amazing till now, and they have helped me a lot to develop myself over time. I would rate the exams as a little difficult but due to the teaching of our faculties, it became really easy to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was a commerce student in school and I decided to opt for BBA because this field interests me. My course commenced in December 2020. As my college used to run online mode due to the pandemic, I had a little bit of difficulty adjusting to the mode. But while being in online mode, all important notes and study material were provided to us by our teachers. They also used to try to make the classes more interesting through presentations and activities. 3 initial semesters out of the 6 were spent via online mode. Then, the Government permitted universities to reopen colleges which was a very happy moment because the offline mode of education teaches much more than just academics. On 14th February 2022, we attended college for the first time in our 4th semester. The faculty was helpful and lenient as students were trying to adjust to the offline mode yet again. The teaching method used by the faculty was perfectly paced and explanatory. Regular class tests were taken. Exams were regular.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course specialized in banking and insurance and I opted for it because I wanted to go into the finance field The student ratio would be 5:55 5 teachers for 5 subjects and 55-60 students in each section The faculty was very knowledgeable and qualified, and all the information about the faculty is available on the Maharaja Surajmal college website. The exams were conducted promptly and the difficulty level was between moderate to difficult. The passing criteria would be to score at least 25 marks out of 60. Every faculty member is very helpful they are well qualified. If you are taking admission to MSI then one thing is for sure you will have to attend regular classes and study hard. Because faculty gives their 100% to every student and expect the same from others.

Ques
What are your reviews of Maharaja Surajmal Institute, Delhi, for a BBA?

● Top Answer By Chandrakanta Ray on 21 May 21

Ans
One of my friends studied there and according to him and his classmates it isthe worst institute to pursue a BBA degree. Below are the points mentioned which will prove why they have such an aversion towards this institute: Attendance is the major issue. You need to maintain at least 75% attendance. The professors can detain you at 74% attendance. There are only two streams - BBA (General) and BBA (Banking & Insurance). There are a total of six subjects in each semester. The faculty is not so good. Mugging up is better than understanding the topic. The infrastructure of the institute is outdated. The top floor is the administrative block, and the ground floor is for the campus. No enthusiasm is shown for extra-curricular activities.  The college environment is a mix of decent students and dull students from various schools. MAIT and other below-average colleges conduct the seminars. The college timing is from 8:10-1:30, with a 20 minutes break at 11:00. There are six classes in a day. It feels similar to a school.

Ques
Which is the best IPU college for a B.Com Hons, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies or Maharaja Surajmal Institute?

● Top Answer By Amrita Banerjee on 09 Jul 22

Ans
A B.Com from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies will be better. The rules and regulations regarding academics at Maharaja Agrasen are more lenient. While Maharaja Surajmal Institute has strict rules for attendance and uniforms, etc. The placement scenario is similar at both institutes. According to the recent highlights of MAIMS Placements, B.Com students usually receive an average CTC of around INR 3 LPA. Reliance Communication, Deloitte, etc. are among the top recruiters for the course.
