Asian School of Architecture and Design Innovation is a design school that started in the year 2013. It is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Kottayam and is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA). Unique in its own, the college follows the “Gurukul” System i.e every student gets a dedicated individual mentor. It helps the students in gaining knowledge throughout the duration of their course. ASADI is situated in the heart of Kochi city, in the Silver sand island at Vyttila, near Thykoodam metro station, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
ASADI offers a 5 year long B.Arch program, 2-year M.Arch in Advanced Architecture, and also a 1-year Diploma in Interior Design. Admission to the B.Arch course and M.Arch is entrance-based. The accepted entrance examinations for B.Arch program is KEAM and NATA, while PGETA is accepted for M.Arch admissions.
ASADI is an institution focused on social and environmental improvement, established by ABR Foundation, a Charitable Trust. The school is led by Senior Architect Prof. B. R. Ajit, who heads Ajit Associates, a prominent architectural and design consulting firm in South India, recognized for their excellence in the field for over 47 years. ASADI has also signed an MoU with the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, that will enable student-faculty exchanges, and enhance cooperation in architectural research and working studios between the two institutions.

ASADI Kochi Admissions

Candidates seeking admission in B.Arch merit seat, must register in KEAM and proceed with the instructions of Commissioner of Entrance examinations for marks and ranks uploading.

For management seats, students shall apply online through the application link provided by the college. ASADI will then publish a rank list based on academic eligibility and admission interview with the candidate and seats will be offered on the basis of the ranklist.

In addition to the academic eligibility, only those candidates who score the minimum eligibility marks as per the Information Brochure of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) will be considered for admission to the B.Arch course.
- 50% of admissions to B.Arch course are Government Merit Seats that are done based on KEAM, while the rest 50% seats are based on the rank list released by the institute based on NATA scores, academic eligibility, and interview.
- Candidates seeking admission in M.Arch in Advanced Architecture, shall apply online through the application link provided by the college. ASADI will then publish a rank list based on the eligibility and admission interview conducted with the candidate and seats will be offered on the basis of the ranklist.
- M.Arch admissions will be based on PGETA scores, academic eligibility, and interview.
- Candidates interested in Diploma in Interior Design, shall apply online through the application link provided by the college. ASADI Kochi Scholarships
