The minimum eligibility for admission to M.Phil in Mathematics is Masters in Mathematics or M.sc in any relevant stream.

While most of the colleges require 55% in post graduation for the application process, few of the colleges like Manonmaniam Sundaranar University,Tamil Nadu and University of Pune offers admission at 50% marks in Post Graduation.
