Established in 1987, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and affiliated to Bharathiar University. The college was Re-Accredited with 'A+' Grade by NAAC and an ISO 9001: 2000 certified institution.

The under-graduate courses offered by the college are B.A., BBA, B.Com., B.CA. and B.Sc. whereas the post-graduate courses offered are M.A., M.B.A., M.Com., M.Sc. and MSW in several specifications.

The college offers PhD and M. Phil research courses in various disciplines. Apart from these, there are 18 Career Oriented courses too, that could be done by students to impart entrepreneurial skills and make them prepare for better placements.

Students can apply for admissions to Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science via offline mode by visiting the college campus in person.
They are required to get and submit the form in the college along with the application fee in either cash or demand draft.
Candidates who wish to apply for any under-graduate course must have qualified 10+2 from a board, recognized by Bharathiar University.
For PG courses, students must possess an undergraduate degree in any discipline, preferably in which they wish to pursue Masters with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Application for research courses could be done from the Register of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641046.

SRCAS UG Admission 2023

The institute offers B.A., BBA, B.Com., BCA and B.Sc. undergraduate courses. Students must have passed HSE examination to be eligible for admission to undergraduate courses.

The selection will be done on the basis of merit. A final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by candidate in HSE by the college on the basis of which they will be get admission.

	Biotechnology	Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry or any other examination that is considered as equivalent thereto by Bharathiar University.	-

KEY POINTS:

Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science practice reservation as per the rules and regulations imposed by the government of Tamil Nadu.
SC/ST/ OBC candidates shall be given relaxation of 5% in the qualifying examination marks.
Minimum age to apply for UG programs is 17-year.

SRCAS PG Admission 2023

SRCAS offers M.A., MBA, M.Com. and MSW for post-graduate courses. Students must have possess a graduation degree to be eligible for admission to PG courses. The selection will be done on the basis of merit that is marks scored by candidate in qualifying examination.

MBA	Master’s in Business Administration	A Bachelor Degree of Bharathiar University or any other Examination Recognized as equivalent thereto with a second class (50%). For SC/ST candidates, a mere pass is adequate.
M. Com.	Finance and Computer Applications	Candidates must have a graduation degree in B.Com. / B.Com.C.A. / B.B.M. / B.B.A. / Bank Management / B.C.S. / Computer Science / B.C.A. / Computer Engineering / Information Science / Information Technology / Computer Technology or any other degree recognized as equivalent thereto by Bharathiar University to be considered to be eligible.
M. Com.	IB (International Business)	Candidates should possess a degree of Bharathiar University or any other degree recognized as equivalent thereto by Bharathiar University.
M.Sc.	Computer Science	B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc. Applied Science-computer Technology / B.Sc. Information Technology / B.Sc Electronics with 50% of marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by Bharathiar University is needed to be eligible. Passing marks is enough in case of SC/ST candidates.
	Information Technology (IT)
	Electronics and Communication System	B.Sc. in Electronics or any other equivalent graduation degree recognized by Bharathiar University is required in order to be eligible to get admissions in these courses.
	Applied Electronics with Specialization VLSI System Design
	Bio Technology	Candidates must possess B.Sc. Candidates can opt for M. Phil and PhD in Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science. For this, they have to complete their post-graduate degree with minimum 50% marks.

SRCAS Career Oriented Courses Admission 2023

SRCAS also offers 18 career oriented courses. To be eligible for these courses, students must be an X or XII pass out from a recognized board. The selection is based on the marks scored by candidate in qualifying exam.

SRCAS Application Process 2023

Candidates can apply for under graduation, post-graduation, Research and career oriented courses via offline mode by visiting the college campus in person. Respective application process is elaborated below step-wise:

Candidates need to first fill the application form that they can get from the college.
They need to make the application fee payment of INR 100/- for graduate courses, INR 325/- for MBA and MCA courses and INR A175/- for the remaining Post-Graduate courses.
Payment should be done in the form of either cash or Demand Draft drawn in the favour of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science, payable at Coimbatore.
They should enclose two Photostat copies of the following certificates:

S.S.L.C. Book – First page and Mark Sheet (two copies)
Transfer Certificate
Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
Statement of marks (Grades) issued by the Higher Secondary Board or the University.
Statement of marks, Provisional or degree examinations in Annamalai University, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and all other Universities other than Tamilnadu should produce eligibility certificate from the Bharathiar University before admission to any PG course in the college.
Two stamp size photograph for I.D. Card.

Application form for both M.Phil. and Ph.D. can be obtained from the Registrar of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore - 641046.
Once candidates are shortlisted and their names show up in the merit list, they need to visit the campus in person and submit the required semester fees.

Remarks:

The admission process at Sri Ramakrishna college of arts and science is very simple there is no personal interviews or entrance examination test .visiting the college before the result of class 12 publish will make a better chance of getting admission.
