Due to this each student get the required attention and guidance from the faculty through the mentoring program. The curriculum followed by the institute is updated and market-driven. IILM Lodhi Road curriculum is inspired by the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton Business School, and IIM Ahmedabad.  The campus has a centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
