IILM Lodhi Road is the better choice. The small batch size, well-designed curriculum, and good placements are some of the reasons why you should choose the institute.

  • IILM Lodhi Road has a compact batch size. Due to this each student get the required attention and guidance from the faculty through the mentoring program.
  • The curriculum followed by the institute is updated and market-driven. IILM Lodhi Road curriculum is inspired by the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton Business School, and IIM Ahmedabad.
  • The campus has a centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. If you have a good idea for a start-up, you will get resources and support from the centre.
  • The institute has a good placement record. IILM Lodhi Road average package is around INR 6-7 LPA.

NDIM has a huge student intake. Due to the large batch size, students don’t get the required attention from the faculties. The batch size also creates problems for placements.

Before finalizing any college, you need to look at various parameters and not just a sole criteria/parameter. Let us try to map both the colleges on multiple parameters, which is essential before choosing a B-school.

  • Placement: NDIM has been increasing their intake each year, which indeed is impacting their placement figures in terms of quantity & quality of placements to each student. Start-ups & MSMEs are major firms hiring from here.

Whereas IILM Lodhi road has batch strength of 120 students and claims to achieve 100% placement record with good brands.

  • Infrastructures & resources: The Infrastructure of both the colleges are decent and more or less on the same page. However, if you look in terms of resources per student, IILM having fewer students fares better as compared to NDIM. Another advantage IILM enjoys is its location in the heart of Delhi.
  • Pedagogy: The pedagogy of IILM is inspired by three prestigious B schools, namely Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton Business School & IIM Ahmedabad, and is updated to the new need and is market-driven. IILM also provides an opportunity for the student exchange program. The college has a Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which provides a platform for entrepreneurs and encourages creative minds to come forward with new ideas by supporting & guiding them. The faculties at the Institute are the right mixture of academicians and corporate personnel.

IILM offers a merit-based scholarship up to 75% to deserving candidates, thus attracting the brightest of minds. As far as the alumni connect is concerned NDIM has approximately 10000+ alumni whereas IILM has it around 12000+.
