It was established under the aegis of Shivani Educational and Charitable Trust in Dhenkanal. Techno managerial skills are developed and honed in the students. While educating the students, care is taken that the students also learn socio-cultural values. The Managing Committee decides the quantum and nature of the scholarships awarded to the students. Student Welfare Fund has also been set up by the institute to encourage students from the weaker sections of the society to study. If the student is very good in studies and is poor, the management sometimes decides to waiver their fees.
