Step1: Fee payment through payment Gateway:

Before fee payment you must have Date of Birth, a valid e=mail ID & mobile number. You have to navigate to the home page of the Calicut University; www.universityofcalicut.info. & click on Instant Web Payment System. Now click on Fee-remittance link on www.cuonline.ac.in. Now pay the fee INR 250 for General (INR 100 for SC/ST).

Way of fee payment for students belongs to Kerala:

Those students, who have State Bank of Travancore (SBT) online facility, can pay through this mode. They can also pay through SBT E-Challan.

Procedure:

1. Select UGSW15 which is Centralized Admission Process Degree- 2016 Application Fee.
2. Fill all details & select the mode of fee payment which is SBT online.
3. Enter the fee amount & click on proceed. Now check all details & click on ‘Pay Now’.
4. Click on redirect option to go to Calicut University Instant Web Payment System (CUIWPS) or wait for 60 seconds.
5. Take the print out of fee receipt. CAP ID & password will be sent to you through SMS so that you will be able to complete the application proceedings.

They can also pay through SBT E-Challan, Friends Janasevana Kendrum or Akshaya Centres.

Procedure:

2. Fill all details & select the mode of fee payment which is SBT E- Challan.
3. Enter the fee amount & click on proceed.
4. Take the print out of challan & you can pay the fee in any nearest SBT branch after 3 hours of generation of challan.
5. After payment you will receive the CAP ID & password within 24 hours.

Step 2: Photo upload requires these things; CAP ID, password, scan passport size photo in jpg. Format (30 to 40KB) & copy of SSC & BPL certificate if applicable. You have to login to www.cuonline.ac.in

Step 3: Register yourself by filling all personal details.

• STAGE 2:

Stage 2 will be completed by the students only after declaration of result.

Step 1: Submission of marks obtained by you in the entrance test.

Step 2: After that students have to fill their choices related to courses & colleges.

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 years Full-time B.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

• Eligibility is plus two or equivalent examination and should be qualified in the entrance examination conducted by the Govt. of Kerala. Minimum mark for qualifying examination is 50% in physics and chemistry put together and subject to a minimum of 50% in Maths and 45% in the case of OBC candidates.

NOTE:

• 50% of the seats are earmarked for admission by the commissioner of the Entrance Examination (CEE) and admission to the remaining 50% including NRI quota is reserved by the management.10% of the total intake of each course is admitted under the tuition fee waiver scheme based on merit.
