Fill in the on-line application form and note down the registration number after submission.
After submission of the required data asked during online form fill-up, the candidate has to click, submit button.
The application fee can be remitted in the following ways: Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards)/ OR e-Challan mode for payment in the designated accounts of State Bank of India /Syndicate Bank.

What should I choose? CSE from "KIIT University" or IT from "College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar"?

It is suggested you choose CSE at KIIT University. One of my friends studied there. According to him, there is no comparison between the branch of KIIT CSE and CET.

The companies visiting KIIT include major names such as Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Dell, Intel, HP.
Placements are one of the things you must check before entering a university. KIIT offers good investments.
The entire academic and non-academic exposure at KIIT is far greater.
The faculty members are qualified from IITs and top NITs. They are skilled and cooperative.

IT from IIIT Bhubaneswar is a better option. Compared to CET Bhubaneswar it offers better infrastructure, placement opportunities, peer-group, research exposure, and hostel environment. Since it is an Informational Technology institute, they focus more on Computer Science, technology, etc. IIIT Bhubaneswar has a better faculty base as well. During IIIT Bhubaneswar placement 2020, students received the highest CTC of INR 44 LPA.
