KCG College of Technology, Chennai was established in 1998. It is affiliated to Anna University. It offers BE/B.Tech, M.E and MCA programs at UG and PG levels. The college also offers Ph.D. in various specializations.

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) is a counselling process conducted by Anna University to offer admission in B.Tech progr ams.
The application form can be filled online as well as offline on payment of application fee through Net Banking, DD or cash.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Tamil Nadu are eligible for TNEA counselling.
To secure admission in M.E and MCA programs, students have to qualify TANCET followed by the central counselling.
For MCA course, a candidate should have passed a 3-year degree course in Computer Applications.
Applicants belonging to Tamil Nadu only will be considered for admission. However, children of Central Government employees not domiciled in Tamil Nadu have to provide a valid certificate of their parents who have been serving continuously for more than five-year at the time of submission of application.

KCG College of Technology B.E & B.Tech Admission 2023

KCG College of Technology offers BE/ B.Tech in various specializations on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination followed by TNEA counselling process.

The candidates will be called for counselling according to the order of their merit. The candidates have to pay INR 5000 (INR 1000 for SC/ST categories) as part of the counselling fee.

Preference will be given to the candidates who have scored good marks in the HSC examination.

KCG College of Technology M.E and MCA Admission 2023

Admission to ME course is provided on the basis of the performance of the candidates in TANCET followed by counselling and document verification conducted by Anna University. Preference will be given to students with valid GATE score.

TANCET is an offline entrance examination. Students have to pay INR 5300 (INR 1,150 for SC/ST) by cash or DD.

For MCA admissions, the candidates should have passed in a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following patterns, viz, 10+2+3/4, 10+3 years’ Diploma + 3 years pattern or 10+2 AMIE.

KCG College of Technology Ph.D. Admission 2023

The college invites application for the Ph.D. program in the months of August and February through university website.

Selection is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination with valid GATE, NET or equivalent entrance score. The shortlisted candidates will be called for written test followed by personal interview.

KCG College of Technology Application Process 2023

Applicants aspiring for admission to B.Tech course have to apply for TNEA. The application form can be filled through the website of Anna University.

For Online Mode: The candidates have to pay INR 500 INR (reserved candidates).
For Offline Mode: The candidates have to pay INR 700 INR 450 (SC/ST and OBC).
After completion of the application proceedings, the students will be called for the counselling process.

For M.Tech and MCA:

Application form for TANCET can be downloaded from the official website.
Candidates have to first get registered and then fill the form using Login ID and password obtained during registration.
Application fee of INR 500 (INR 250 for SC/ST) is required to be paid online.

The eligibility for this course is to finish out 12th std with above average marks. And I came to know about this college through advertisements on posters and banners on the roadside. no such reservation exists. college management can work a little bit in their admission process

Remarks:

Eligibility for the course is 70% in higher education. You can go through the website and contact the admission number and visit the college,Then they will give the admission form. If you're applying for counseling then you've wait for the respective date for yours. I don't know much about the reservations.

You can get admission here by management quota and counselling. The code of our college is 3110. ECE need 160 above the cutoff range for mbc/bc. You can find applications in the college and in the online website.
