Admission to the program:

• Secretaries and managers working in the primary handloom cooperatives.
• Middle level personnel working in State level cadres and Central handloom and all India Federation of Handloom Cooperatives.
• Middle level personnel in the department of handlooms and textiles who are incharge of Handloom Cooperatives.
• Education instructors of the NCUI and State Cooperative Unions.
• The age of those admitted to the course is expected to be below 40. However, it is relaxable in case of deserving candidates.
• The basic essential educational qualification is a Bachelors degree. However, S.S.C passed with an experience of three years in a handlooms weavers cooperative society at the supervisory level could also be considered
