- Applicants to Diploma in Handloom Cooperative Management (DICM) must be Secretaries and managers working in the primary handloom cooperatives or Middle-level personnel working in State level cadres and Central handloom and all India Federation of Handloom Cooperatives.
- For the Certificate Courses, the admission is granted on the basis of interview/ First Come First Serve basis.
- Management Development Program (MDP) is conducted only for Middle-level employees of the Cooperative department and Cooperative institutions.
