UCE Hyderabad conducts TS EAMCET for admission to BTech/ BE courses. TS EAMCET counselling schedule has been released by TSCHE. Candidates having a valid TS EAMCET 2023 score can register for counselling from June 26, 2023 to July 05. The round one seat allotment for TS EAMCET will be released on July 12, 2023. The round 2 counselling registration can be done on July 21 and July 22. TS EAMCET Round 2 seat allotment will be released on July 28.

The College of Engineering, Osmania University (OUCE) is an autonomous engineering college located in Hyderabad, India. OUCE is regarded as one of the top engineering colleges in Telangana and India as well.

The college imparts education in the fields of of Engineering and Technology, Law, Arts, Sciences, Commerce and Management departments. The college also provides NBA accredited PG programmes.

Admissions to all the programmes will be based on the performance in the entrance test followed by centralized counselling. For admission to the PG courses, Osmania University conducts Osmania University Common Entrance Tests (OUCET) in order to evaluate candidates.

Candidates who secure a minimum of 36% marks in the Entrance Test under General and Backward Class category and 15% marks under the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Category will be considered for admission. In case of a tie at the entrance test, date of birth will be considered and the older candidate will be considered for admission first.

Reservations for SC/ST/BC categories are made according to the Telangana. Govt. rules in force at the time of admission
An additional intake of 10% of foreign students is offered in all courses.

The college offers Bachelor of Engineering degree under a number of specializations. The regular B.E programme is offered with the duration of four years. The college also provides B.E full time programme which is accredited by NBA, for which the duration period is five years.

Admissions into the Bachelor of Engineering, Masters and Doctoral programs in the main campus is on a merit basis, evaluated by national entrance examinations (such as the EAMCET, GATE, BCFSBTGMES-N&D, AP LAWCET, or O.U. PhD Entrance Exam) for each of the courses offered. The research activities are funded by various autonomous agencies of the government of India.

UCE - Osmania University ME and M.Tech Admission 2023

The college offers various postgraduate level courses in different fields of Engineering and Technology. The M.E/M.Tech programmes are offered with a wide number of specialization subjects. The full time M.E/M.Tech courses are offered with the duration of two years whereas, the part time M.E/M.Tech course takes three years to complete its duration. The college also provides MCA programme at the postgraduate level.

Admission to these courses is on the basis of merit obtained at an Entrance Test to be conducted by the Osmania University and subject to the other eligibility requirements as announced from time to time.

Osmania University Common Entrance Tests (OUCET) are being conducted by Osmania University for admissions into the PG programmes. Application for OUCET can be made online

The college also provides educational courses at Doctorate level to the research aspiring candidates. The Ph.D. programmes are offered with various streams of Engineering.

In order to apply for the research programmes, candidates need to hold a Master’s degree in relevant discipline.

Each application must be accompanied by Registration fee in the form of a D.D for Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of “Director, CEEP-Admissions, O.U.” payable at Hyderabad
