Candidates who have obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Arts or commerce etc. i.e, B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/B.C.A/B.B.A/B.Sc Agriculture/B.E/B.Tech form the University of Kashmir or from any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by the University of Kashmir with not less than 45%marks in case of candidates applying under open category and 40% marks in case of candidates applying under reserve category.
