Motiram Baburam Government Post Graduate (MBGPG), established in 1960, is situated in Haldwani in Uttarakhand state of India. It is a 60+ year old institute which enjoys a good reputation and is also accredited by NAAC.

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 or its equivalent with an aggregate of 50% from a recognized board
For B.Sc in Biotech: Passed 10+2 or its equivalent with an aggregate of 50% from a recognized board (ZBC).

Selection Criteria

Admission will be granted on the basis of merit i.e marks obtained in 10+2 qualifying exams or its equivalent from a recognized board. Candidate must have passed in each subject including practicals.

For M.Com: B.Com General or Honours with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate

For offline admissions

Candidates can obtain the form from the college office and submit it with all the necessary details before the last date.

The candidates will be interviewed for admission and have to be present before the admission committee with all the original documents for verification.
Admission will be granted as soon as the applicant submits the transfer certificate and character certificate.
Identity card will be filled along with the application form and will be given to the candidate as soon as he deposits the fee.
Candidates whose admission has been finalised need to submit the prescribed fee within the prescribed date. Failing to do so will lead to the cancellation of admission.
If a candidate does not get admission in the desired course, the same admission form cannot be used for some other course. If the candidate is desirous of getting admission in some other programme, he/she may apply before the prescribed date.
Student passing compartmental examination will not be considered for admission once the admission is over.
No change of course is permitted.

The best college haldwani

What I Liked

Availablity of vast courses in the college.
Affordablity of courses offered in the college.
Situated at a very good location and in reach of everyone.

What I didn’t like

Main focus on election by the students especially senior
Old furniture which needs to be replaced soon
Lack of parking space which causes the students to park in road side

Remarks:

The first reason was the fees which was not a big amount as other ones Second because of my friends who suggested me The admission was simple too but we have submit copies of our documents and have to verify them..
