The selection for all the candidates will be done on the basis of an aptitude test, one selection round respective to the course and interview marks.

Key Points:

  • Students engaged in an International study program must have AIU sanction and should possess a grade not less than B or its equivalent.
  • Additional courses on advanced excel and personal development are included as part of the BBA curriculum.
  • Students pursuing B.Com in SJCC are encouraged to take part in other credit certification courses ranging from IFRS to theatre and personal development courses in order to improve their soft skills.
  • A sportsperson is provided 10% relaxation in marks and provided admission under Sports Quota based on their fitness level.

SJCC Bangalore M.Com Admission 2023

Students seeking admission in M.Com must have passed B.Com/BBA/BBM degree from any recognized university and have scored at least 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects studied in the qualifying examinations.

The final admission is based on the entrance test organized by the college. The final selection will be based on the marks scored by the students in the aptitude test and interview.

  5. The candidate who wants to apply through Net Banking can do so by entering the required details on the payment gateway website.
  6. Server will generate a 6-digit unique application number.
  7. That number has to be used by the candidate for all future correspondence.

According to the reviews online, both colleges are equally good and have decent placement records. But Christ University overall is much better than St. Joseph’s College of Commerce in Bangalore.

Colleges that offer B.Com courses give permission to students to pursue CA as well. But registration for CA courses can be done only at ICAI. Here you can register yourself.

Yes, there is a B.Com with chartered accountancy course at St Joseph College of Commerce Bangalore.

You can do your CA along with your B.Com. The college calls it the B.Com Professional. You will have the option of Morning Batch which becomes easy to concentrate on both the degree and CA. You can also take up ACCA along with B.Com there.

The flagship course offered by St Joseph’s college of commerce is BBA. The student intake for Indian students is 240 and for International students’ its 60.

Admission Process: 

  • Admissions to the BBA program are offered to candidates having passed 10+2 (any stream) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board, for general category students and 45% marks for students of SC and ST category.
  • Selection of candidates will be based on merit.
  • These will include cumulative scores of St Joseph’s college entrance test, micro presentation and Personal Interview (PI).
  • The institute provides 5% relaxation for reserved category candidates.
  • It is mandatory for every candidate to register for St Joseph’s college entrance test in online mode. 
  • They should communicate their choice of course and institute.

 It is mandatory for the students to attend all the tests to be eligible for admission to any of the UG programs. Only candidates who attend all the tests of the selection process will be considered as eligible. Candidates who miss any one of the tests will be considered as ineligible for the selection process.
