It is a registered Charitable and Educational Trust which is promoted by the 31 Managing Trustees with rich experience industry, business, academia, legal, defense and administrative sectors of the economy.

The mission of the college is to develop excellent learning capability through continuous design and upgradation of the curriculum and pedagogy. The college offers Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) course for students.
