Read Full Reviewthe eligibility criteria for us was to clear 10 + 2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% and to clear the IPU CET examination. i secured 1025 rank and got allotted the first shift of IITM (information) .and it also requires the student to have either mathematics or computer science as a subject in 12th. u can find the apllication form for the entrance exam on the GGSIPU PORTAL . and a minimum of 1500 is to be depositied for the application. and after the college allotment a further 60,000 (now 96,000) needs to be paid which will be added to the 1st year fees of the course. i feel the asmission process is quite through and simple . but the councelling process is where i think there can be an improvement. when i went for my councelling there were all the BCA students with only 2 teachers which was getting a little hard to manage i beleive.

IITM Janakpuri is affiliated with IP university. When it comes to management, they provide the best faculties as well as all of the extracurricular managerial activities that a student may require depending on their course.
In terms of chilling out, it's a great college, but there's less space to chill out on campus because it is built in a small area. The canteen at the institute is the best in the institute with three different spaces. There are in-house Amul cafes and Nescafe.
IITM Janakpuri also has a great location. It is situated right next to a metro station.
For a BBA course, the college you choose would not matter a lot unless it offers decent on-campus placement opportunities. My cousin has pursued a course in BBA and as per his experience, he considers it to be a highly professional course. If you perform well throughout the course then you can for sure get recruited at a reputable firm after completion.
You have to put in the required efforts by yourself. If you are considering doing an MBA then good performance during your BBA will be helpful in the future.
Now coming to the colleges that you have mentioned in your question, I would recommend that you opt for a BBA program at IMS, Noida. I have a few friends from the institute and according to them, the BBA course is quite great. In the 2020 placements, the highest CTC offered by the institute was 12 LPA.
You can search about several other colleges that are situated in New Delhi or the NCR region. You can take a look at IP University, IMS Ghaziabad, and more such institutes to make sure that you go for the college that would prove to beneficial for your career.
You should opt for an educational institution based upon certain parameters such as affiliations, accreditations, reputation, placements, faculty, and extra-curricular activities of the institute. Since its establishment, IITM, Janakpuri has been continuously showing signs of growth in the quality of education and academics and the number of students.
Overall, IITM Janakpuri is a good option for doing a BBA.
IITM Janakpuri is a good college affiliated with IP University. Due to its location in Delhi, you will be exposed to great opportunities. You will cherish the environment at the campus.
Following is a brief insight of the institute:
Reach out to a recent IITM student in the relevant program. He or she will guide you effectively because they are more knowledgeable about it than non-IITM students, and you can also rank any educational institute to compare.
USMS is considered the better one than IITM. It is an on-campus MBA school on the IPU campus and has the best faculty and infrastructure.
All the teachers are well qualified and students get good exposure to activities and corporate interactions essential for an MBA graduate.
The top recruiting industries visiting USMS are Banking, IT, Retail, Marketing firms, Finance Corps, and startups. Companies like Grail, Evalueserve, Tata, etc. used to visit the campus for recruitment.
Particulars | USMS | IITM |
Total fees | 1.52 lakhs | 2.2 lakhs |
Placement percent | 70% | 70-80% |
Highest salary | 12 LPA | 10 LPA |
Average salary | 4 LPA | 3-6 LPA |
It is suggested that you go for USMS, as it will provide you with better industrial exposure, from which you can learn the corporate working style, very early on in your career.
