AIEMTC offers undergraduate B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BCA, and BCA lateral entry courses. For B.tech program, candidates must have completed their 10+2 level of education from a recognised board. They must have had Matheatics and Physics as the compulsory sibjets along with the following optional subjects:
- Chemistry
- Biotechnology
- Biology
- Computer Science / Technical Vocational Subjects
Candidates with a diploma can also apply for the relevant streams. They must have completed their diploma from the colleges affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET) or any other recognised State Board of Technical Education.
Candidate must have a minimum of 45% marks during the Diploma (40% for the reserved categories) to be eligible for the program.
Candidates, who have passed two years’ Certificate course from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET) can also apply for the program.
Lateral Entry program of B.Tech program will be offered to students who have completed their DIploma program in the relevant branch of Engineering or B.Sc Degree with Mathematics in 12th standard as a compulsory subject. In both the cases students must have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations.
For B.Sc passed candidates, they must clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the 1st year program.
Students who have completed 10+2 in commerce or any equivalent stream from a recognized board are eligible to B.Com course.
B.Com course is of three-year duration with an intake capacity of 30 seats. For BBA course eligibility, students should complete their 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board. BBA course is of three-year duration with an intake capacity of 30 seats.
Students who have completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board are eligible to BCA course. BCA course is of three-year duration with an intake capacity of 30 seats. For BCA Lateral entry course eligibility, students should complete their Diploma degree in any stream from a recognized board.
Admissions for all undergraduate courses are based on the marks obtained in their 10+2 / Diploma examinations from a recognized board.

Key points for Undergraduate Admission:
- Candidate should bear a good moral character and they must be in a good physical and mental health.
- Each candidate has to undergo medical fitness examination before admission.
- Students admitted to an undergraduate program must be on the rolls of an affiliated College/ Institute as decided by the University / Institute.
- B.Sc Degree holders can get the admission into B.Tech program only after filling the supernumerary seats in each category by the Diploma students.
