Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad is currently accepting applications for admission.The institute offers a PGDM program in 5 specializations and PGDM(Hospital Management) course. Admission to the PGDM course is done through valid scores in CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT and for PGDM Hospital Management, the admission is on the basis of Personal Interview. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the Academic Records. The screened candidate list will be called for Personal Interviews. Candidates with experience, Candidates appearing for their final year examination of Bachelor’s degree or waiting for the final year results in the current year are also eligible to apply. The online application fee for PGDM(Hospital Management) program is INR 1000.

Administrative Staff College of India Important Dates 2023

• Candidates should have valid admission score cards of recent validity.
• Candidates appearing for their final year examination can also apply. They need to provide their provisional degree within 2 month of admission, as early by end of July.
• Candidates who are wards of Armed Forces Personnel will be eligible for a 5% rebate on the tuition fee, upon showing valid documents of proof.  

ASCI Hyderabad PGDM Selection Criteria

• Shortlisting of the candidates for Group Discussion and PersonaI Interview is based on score in the admission tests scores of the candidates.
• Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / sms to their registered email address and phone number
• Candidates will be called for GD, PI rounds to Hyderabad. There could be chances of other interview centres across India, but if held, shall be intimated later. 
• The final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of admission score, past academic records, interest towards health care management, performance in PI.
• Candidates will be intimated over email/on the website about their final selection; and shall be asked to complete their admission process by submitting the admission fees.

Documents required 

• Scanned passport size photograph of the candidate in JPG/JPEG format
• Scanned copies of marksheet and certificate of 10th, 12th and graduation. 
• CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA score card

Steps to apply offline

• Download the application form from the official website. 
• Fill in the application form and submit it either through the post or in person.
• Affix a passport size photograph and get hardcopies of all documents, attested by a Gazetted officer. 
• Pay the application fee. 
• The application fee (including brochure) for offline application form is INR 1000. 
• By Demand Draft, pay the application fee amount in favour of “Administrative Staff College of India” , payable at Hyderabad.
