Remarks:

Admission was merit-based. It was based on the marks obtained in the +2 class. Now they have an entrance exam along with 12th marks for admission. Delhi University provides some relaxation to the reserved categories and some colleges also provide relaxation to girl candidates. The process of admission is quite confusing as calculating your percentage for cutoff is different from your actual percentage.

At my time of admission, there was a merit-based type from which I got admission to the college according to my marks in the first cutoff. But now onwards admissions are done using the entrance test which you have to give. For admission, you have to give cuet in May or June to get admission. Reservation benefits give you some more chances of admission to this college. No, the admission procedure is quite well.

Remarks:

The admission process for Delhi University (DU) varies depending on the course and program that you are interested in. Most undergraduate programs at DU are based on the marks obtained in the Class 12th board exams, and students can apply through the online Centralized Admission Process (CAP). And Enterence test. For certain programs, such as B.Tech, B.A. (Hons.) in Music, B.A. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology, and B.A. (Hons.) in Physical Education, students may have to take an entrance exam in addition to applying through the CAP. Cut-off lists are released by DU for each round of admissions, and these lists specify the minimum marks required for a student to be considered for admission to a particular program or course. The cut-off marks vary from year to year and are based on various factors, including the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the difficulty of the Class 12th board exams.
