Important Updates for SOCET

SOCET BTech admission 2024 is based on the GUJCET exam. The GUJCET exam 2024 dates are out. The application form is scheduled to be released in February 2024. The exam will take place on April 02, 2024.
SOCET MTech Admissions are based on the GATE 2024 score. The registration process for GATE is over and the admit card will be released on January 03 onwards. GATE 2024 will occur on 03, 04, and 10, 11 February 2024.

Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology (SOCET) is an engineering college located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Established in the year 2009, it is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University. The college offers UG and PG courses in various specializations of engineering.

SOCET has a total intake of 1260 seats for UG courses and 144 seats for PG courses. It offers full-time 4-years UG and 2-years PG courses in Engineering.

The admission process for B.E. courses will be done online on the college website. The admissions for the current session is open, so candidates can visit the college website to apply. The JEE Main – and GUJCET scores will be taken into account during admission and merit list will be created based on it. Remarks:

Eligibility: JEE Main or 12th Board Pass With 45 Percent in PCM Physics, Chemistry, Math. Process: You can go to the college and fill out the application form from their office. Also, colleges have a website where you can fill out forms from there.

Remarks:

There was no such entrance exam. Admissions were given on ACPC rank list Passed and a minimum of 45% was required for qualification. All the details regarding the application form are put up nicely on their website, one can even call and resolve their query. No such reservation benefits I had so far (general) Improvement is that they should allow students to pay fees for the respective semesters online without visiting the actual campus. For students seeking admission from long distances, this might be quite helpful. Rest all processes were good and smooth.
