Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain University (FET JU), Bangalore provides various scholarships to ensure that no student has their education limited due to lack of finances. Jain (Deemed-to-be University) extends scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students based on their academic achievements. The students, depending upon their performance in Jain Entrance Test (JET), shall be eligible for the grant of the meritorious scholarships.\r\n\r\n

FET JU believes in promoting higher education among deserving and meritorious students. It offers a number of scholarships under various categories. The scholarships are granted to students on the basis of scores secured in CET, COMEDK, Uni-GAUGE, and JEE Main & Advanced. For CBSE \/ ICSE board students, scholarships will be awarded on a merit basis.\r\n\r\n

Note: Scholarships are disbursed on a first-come, first-served basis, after the scrutiny of the scorecards\/ mark sheets and the subsequent approval from the university officials.\r\n\r\n

FET JU Scholarship Eligibility\r\n\r\n

To be eligible for Meritorious Scholarship applicants must fulfil all the requirements given below:\r\n\r\n

  • Must be a citizen of India and residing in the country\r\n\t
  • Students who have secured minimum of 60% and above in 12th\/2nd PUC\/equivalent examination board prescribed as per AICTE and UGC.\r\n\r\n\r\n

    FET JU Scholarship Categories\r\n\r\n

    FET JU provides various scholarships based on sports, defence or caste. The following are the scholarship categories and their eligibility criteria:\r\n\r\n

    JET Meritorious Scholarship\r\n\t\t\tApplicants who have secured exceptional marks in the JET examinations\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t
    Sports Scholarship\r\n\t\t\tApplicants who have won\/participated at the National level in Super-a Games or B-Games in India.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t
    Defence Scholarship\r\n\t\t\tThis scholarship is granted to applicants whose parents are either serving in the Armed Forces or are Ex-Defence personnel.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t
    Caste Scholarship (SC & ST)\r\n\t\t\tIn accordance with Government regulations, scholarships will be offered to students belonging to SC\/ST categories.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n

    JEE (MAIN) Based Scholarship for B. Tech Applicants\r\n\r\n

    Based on scores availed in JEE-Main, conducted by NTA, B. Tech aspirants applying to JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) - Faculty of Engineering and Technology shall be eligible for the grant of the meritorious scholarships.\r\n\r\n

    Eligibility: Students who have secured minimum of 60% and above in 12th\/2nd PUC\/equivalent examination board prescribed as per AICTE and UGC.\r\n\r\n

    FET JU Scholarship Application Form\r\n\r\n

    The steps required to fill the application form for the FET JU Scholarship are as follows:\r\n\r\n

    Step 1: Fill the online application form https:\/\/jgigroup.org\/juug\/.\r\n\r\n

    Step 2: Take up the Jain Entrance Test (JET) 2021 and secure the required result.\r\n\r\n

    Step 3: Attend Scholarship Counselling Round conducted by the Committee.\r\n\r\n
