RISHI Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Meerut (U.P.) was established in the 1992 which is runs by RIET Group of Institution. The institute is located at Delhi-Dehradun Bypass Road in Parthapur, Meerut. The institute approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. The Institute is non-profit-making, Education body managed by professionals from various walks of life. The aim of the college is to Modern engineers in problem solving and decision making at every level of industry, technology and business. The Institute offers Bachelor program in different branches of engineering which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and are affiliated to U.P. Technical University. The institute also offers MBA, approved by AICTE and affiliated to UPTU.

The main motive of the college is to "Anticipate and satisfy" present need for quality training in the concerned field to produce quality manpower equipped with such human & social values required to integrate excellence technical skills, creativity, leadership and innovation for the benefit of mankind for Sustainable development of technology and to Promote research in the emerging discipline.
