Regional Institute of Engineering (RIE) Trivandrum is a pioneer technical institute, established in 1986, at Trivandrum. The institute offers Engineering Degree Courses and Engineering Diploma Courses at various specializations authorized by professional autonomous bodies such as Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India), Institution of Civil Engineers (India) and Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.

Those candidates who have passed Higher Secondary or 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or have completed Engineering Diploma are eligible for admission to four-year Engineering Degree Courses.
Candidates who have passed 10th or equivalent examination are eligible for admission to three-year Engineering Diploma Courses.
Admission to the B.E. courses will be through Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical (KEAM) Entrance Exam.
For Engineering Diploma course, admission will be based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Regional Institute of Engineering B.E Admission 2023

Regional Institute of Engineering offers four-year Bachelor’s degree in various disciplines of Engineering. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary or 10+2 examination with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics especially 50% marks in Mathematics are eligible to take admission.

Admission is given on the basis of KEAM entrance exam.

The college also offers Engineering Diploma Course in six specializations for the candidates who have passed minimum 10th or equivalent examination. Admission to this course is based on merit in the qualifying examination.
