RTC Institute of Technology (RTCIT) was established in the year 2008 and is located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The college is affiliated to Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi

Currently RTCIT offers B.Tech program with 5 branches which is of 4-years duration. It also runs Diploma program that has 3 engineering branches.

Candidates have to apply offline for admission to B.Tech and Diploma programs separately.
Students who have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% for OCS, SC, and ST candidates) are considered eligible to get admission to B.Tech course.
The minimum eligibility criteria for Diploma course is candidates must have passed Class 10th with at least 35% marks.
Admission to B.Tech program is given through JCECE or JEE (Main).
The selection for admission to the Diploma is based on JCECE or PECE.

RTC Institute of Technology B.Tech Admission 2023

RTC Institute of Technology runs B.Tech Course of 4-years duration with 5 specializations and intake of 60 in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and 30 in all the remaining branches. Students who have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with 45% marks or above (40% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates) are considered eligible to get admission to B.Tech course.

Candidates are shortlisted for admission to B.Tech course on the basis of their marks obtained in national or state level entrance tests viz. JCECE, JEE (Main), and JEECE.

Key Points:

The Institute also provides admission in B.Tech through Lateral Entry.
The minimum eligibility for admission is a pass in Diploma with 45% marks (40% for Reserved candidates) in any engineering branch.
Those who have passed B.Sc with 45% marks (40% for Reserved candidates) after completing 10+2 with Mathematics are also eligible.

RTC Institute of Technology Diploma Admission 2023

RTC Institute of Technology offers Diploma course in 3 branches. Students who have passed SSC/ Class 10th with minimum 35% marks from a recognized Board are considered eligible to apply for admission to Diploma program.

Admission to the program is given to those who have passed JCECE or Jharkhand-Polytechnic (PECE) conducted by JCECEB. Direct admission to the program is also given to the students who haven’t appeared in any state or national level entrance test.

The application form of RTCIT is available in offline mode only.
Students need to visit the Institute for filling the form.
They also need to carry essential documents along with themselves.
The application form must be filled with all the correct details.
Post filling, candidates need to submit the form.

Remarks:

In order to take admission we need to appear in the Jharkhand polytechnic entrance exam and according to rank we can apply for admission. If you will allotted for TFW quota then your fee will be upto 20000 per year.

The eligibility criteria for this course is a 10th pass. To fill out the application form you need to visit the college. The application fee is around 1500. Reservations like TFW quota are applied for some selected students.

Remarks:

eligibility for the course is different for different courses but the main eligibility is you should have maths in 12th standard. you have to have more than 60% on your boards you can find the application form on the university website the application fee is 10k the forms were issued between April to June no improvement
