National Fire Service College was established in 1956 and only one of its kind institute all over the country. NFSC is an autonomous body and is managed by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The institute is located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
NSFC Nagpur offers Bachelors of Engineering in fire engineering and Sub-Officer Course respectively.

- The minimum eligibility is 10+2 examination with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with anyone in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or any of the Technical Vocational subjects.
- Minimum marks required for the candidates in 10+2 is 45%.
- Selection of candidates to B.E. is done on the basis of JEE Main (Paper 1).
- Counselling will be conducted by RTM Nagpur University.
- For Sub Officers course, candidates with graduates or diploma holders in Engineering/ Technology are eligible to apply.
- For Sub Officers Course, admission will be done through All India Entrance Exam conducted by the institute.
- For final selection in both the course, shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Medical and Physical Standard Test.
