Millia Institute of Technology offers B. Tech courses in 5 engineering disciplines at the undergraduate level. At the post-graduate level, the institute offers two AICTE approved MBA and MCA courses to eligible candidates.

Candidates applying for Management quota seats must appear for the Common Entrance Exam conducted by the institute.

Millia Institute of Technology – UG Admissions 2023

Millia Institute of Technology offers 4-year degree programs (B. Tech) in various engineering disciplines at the undergraduate level. The branches that are currently available with the institute include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the B. Tech courses is a pass in 10+2/ Intermediate in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the core subjects. Candidates are also required to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% marks as per Bihar DTE norms for undergraduate engineering admissions. Selection is through Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) and its respective counselling.

Aspiring candidates may register online for BCECE by visiting the official website of the BCECE Board. The application fee for BCECE can be paid using bank challan, or online via credit/ debit card or net-banking. For admission to the 50% management quota seats, candidates must fill the institute level application form.

Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC categories are allowed 5% relaxation in the minimum marks eligibility criteria.

Millia Institute of Technology – PG Admissions 2023

Millia Institute of Technology offers Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Master in Computer Applications (MCA) degree programs at the postgraduate level. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for the MBA program.

For admission to MCA, they must have a Bachelor’s degree with Minmatics as a subject in Graduation and at 10+2 level. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of marks obtained in entrance test conducted by the governing University.

Applicants are required to visit the University website or DTE, Bihar website and fill the online application form. The application fee for MBA and MCA courses can be paid online. Management quota candidates may download the application form from the institute website. They can pay the fee through demand drafts only.

Millia Institute of Technology accepts applications from eligible candidates for its UG engineering programs (Govt. Quota Seats) through BCECE counselling. Those applying for the PG courses may fill the application form for B.N. Mandal University. The application process in details is as follows:

The application process for B. Tech is given below:-

Candidates are advised to download the prospectus from the BCECE website www.bceceboard.com and go through the instructions carefully before filling the online application form.
They may click on the ‘Apply for BCECE’ link to start filling the application form.
The first step of application involves registering for BCECE via online mode.
Enter latest Email-Id and Phone Number where Registration Number and Password are sent upon successful registration.
The next step involves payment of application/ examination fee using credit/ debit card or net-banking or via challan.
The application fee can be paid only after logging in to the application portal using Reg. No. & Password.
In the subsequent two steps, fill personal and educational details respectively.
In the final stage, the applicant is required to upload scanned copies of his/ her signature and passport size photograph.
Review the application at this stage following which a printout of the completed application form must be taken for further correspondence.
Copies of all relevant documents, a passport size photograph and a Paid copy of the Bank Challan (if applicable) must then be enclosed in an envelope (17x30cms) along with the hard copy of the application and the same must be sent via Registered/ Speed Post to the following address:

For MBA and MCA admissions, candidates may fill the application form issued by B.N. Mandal University.
They can fill the application form online and pay the prescribed fee through credit/ debit cards or net-banking.
The application forms for these courses can also be filled through DTE, Bihar website.
Candidates applying for government quota seats must attend counselling conducted by DTE for admission to MBA and MCA programs.
Those opting for management quota seats (50% of the total number of seats) can download the application form and fill it.
The completed application form should be enclosed along with photocopies of all relevant documents including a demand draft for the prescribed fee.
Sent it to the institute campus so as to reach on or before the last date.
