College of Engineering and Management, Kapurthala was established in the year 2002 under the aegis of Sarv Hitkari Society for the betterment of status of technical education of rural area of Kapurthala district. College is affiliated to Punjab Technical University and is approved by AICTE. It provide undergraduate and postgraduate programs in technical and business field. It is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
