Admission Procedure
JEE Mains
The application fee for taking this exam varies with the type of candidature. The application fee for the general category is INR 325. The following section throws light on the requirements and the process of registration for JEE Mains.
Documents Required
- Scanned and recent photograph coloured or black/white (but clear contrast) JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
- Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
- Application forms with unclear photographs will be rejected.
How to Register?
- Visit the official website of JEE Main and click on “Fill Online Application Form”.
- Register by giving your personal details, to generate a user id and password.
- The application number will be generated after submitting the details for registration.
- The form requires personal details, address, and mobile number.
- You can set your security question and password to access the application for the future.
- Submit the application form by logging in with the same user id and password that you had set.
MIT Ujjain Procedure of BE Counselling & Seat Allotment
Candidates can refer to the steps given below which are to be followed while completing the procedure of MP BE counselling and seat allotment.
Step 1- Registration and Online verification of documents.
The first step is registration. Candidates will have to register themselves and get the required documents verified online. The list of the documents which are required for verification is given below:
- Class X marksheet
- Class XII marksheet
- Reserve Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (If applicable)
- MP Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
- Family Income Certificate for TFW & OBC category candidates
- Aadhaar Card
Step 2- Choice filling and fee payment.
The candidates will be required to fill the choice of college according to their preference. They have to lock the filled choices. While locking the choices, the candidates will have to pay a non refundable amount of INR 1530 for counselling and as part of tuition fee.
This payment can be made either online through Paytm, credit card, debit card or net banking or the offline mode through cash at help centres.
Step 3 - Seat allotment.
Eligible candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of the common merit list, availability of seats and choice of college opted for. The admission authority of examination will release the seat allotment of BE result for both the JEE Main 2020 qualified candidates and Qualifying exam based candidates.
Step 4- Reporting, document verification and admission in the allotted institute:
The candidates who will be allotted seats will have to report at the allotted institute to get their documents verified. They will have to pay the admission fee at the respective institute.
