1. S.S.L.C Mark Sheet
2. Higher Secondary Course Mark sheet (All appearances including improvement).
3. Selection intimation card.
4. Transfer Certificate.
5. Conduct Certificate.
6. DOTE Admission Letter.
7. Medical Certificate of fitness for study.
8. Community Certificate.
9. Certificate related to NRI (if Applicable) 
10. Photocopies of all Appearances (in case of more than one attempt).
11. 5th & 6th Semester Mark Sheets (Lateral Entry)

The 10+2 level exam or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.
