Course Description

Students can choose up to 20 courses according to their interest & priority in from affiliated colleges of University of Calicut by following these simple steps for online application:

STAGE 1

Step1: Fee payment through payment Gateway:

Before fee payment you must have Date of Birth, a valid e=mail ID & mobile number. You have to navigate to the home page of the Calicut University; www.universityofcalicut.info. & click on Instant Web Payment System. Now click on Fee-remittance link on www.cuonline.ac.in. Now pay the fee INR 250 for General (INR 100 for SC/ST).

Way of fee payment for students belongs to Kerala:

Those students, who have State Bank of Travancore (SBT) online facility, can pay through this mode. They can also pay through SBT E-Challan.

Procedure:

Select UGSW15 which is Centralized Admission Process Degree- 2016 Application Fee.
Fill all details & select the mode of fee payment which is SBT online.
Enter the fee amount & click on proceed. Now check all details & click on ‘Pay Now’.
Click on redirect option to go to Calicut University Instant Web Payment System (CUIWPS) or wait for 60 seconds.
Take the print out of fee receipt. CAP ID & password will be sent to you through SMS so that you will be able to complete the application proceedings.

They can also pay through SBT E-Challan, Friends Janasevana Kendrum or Akshaya Centres.

Procedure:

Select UGSW15 which is Centralized Admission Process Degree- 2016 Application Fee.
Fill all details & select the mode of fee payment which is SBT E- Challan.
Enter the fee amount & click on proceed.
Take the print out of challan & you can pay the fee in any nearest SBT branch after 3 hours of generation of challan.
After payment you will receive the CAP ID & password within 24 hours.

Step 2: Photo upload requires these things; CAP ID, password, scan passport size photo in jpg. Format (30 to 40KB) & copy of SSC & BPL certificate if applicable. You have to login to www.cuonline.ac.in

Step 3: Register yourself by filling all personal details.

STAGE 2:

Stage 2 will be completed by the students only after declaration of result.

Step 1: Submission of marks obtained by you in the entrance test.

Step 2: After that students have to fill their choices related to courses & colleges.

STAGE 3: Submission of Application form

Students have to take the print out of application form & e-receipt or E-Challan (whatever applicable). Students have to submit the application form at the time of final admission in the respective college.

The applicant must be an Indian citizen, having passed / appeared / due to-appear in 2020 at the 10+2 in the General or Diploma Stream or its equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board.

Candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 or diploma course.

KMCT College of Engineering B.Tech Selection Criteria

Selection will be done on the basis of the entrance exam score (KEAM 2020)
Kerala CEE will declare the cut off marks and ranks of the candidates.. According to the cut off and rank secured, candidates will be advised to choose the course by logging in at the counselling portal.
Take a print out of the form and attach it with supporting documents. The supporting documents to be taken are as follows:
- Original & photocopies of Marksheets and certificate of 10th & 12th.
- Passport size photographs.
- Category Certificate (original)
- Domicile Certificate.
- Allotment Letter from Kerala CEE counselling portal.
- Rank Card of KEAM 2020.
- Anti-Ragging affidavit signed by the candidate and the parents separately
- Income Certificate, if applicable
All of the documents and application forms (with originals) are submitted at the college for verification and pay the fee.
After verifying the documents, The Principal or the Registrar shall assure the acceptance of the candidate. And the candidates will be provided provisional admission.

Read all the instructions carefully and click on "Proceed for Registration"
Enter your name, Date of Birth ,Mobile Number, Email Address and Password.
After solving the capcha code click on "Register"
Registration will be confirmed and you will get your Registration details in your email and mobile number.
Login with the details and fill the form by choosing the course, gender, nationality, address, qualifying examination details, reservation details etc.
Upload a scanned photograph and your signatures.
Preview your application and if everything is correct then proceed to "Payment"
Pay the application fee (700 INR for General/OBC and 300 INR for SC and NIL for ST candidates)
After paying the application fee and submission of the form, no further changes would be allowed.
Take the print out of the submitted application form and the fee payment receipt.
Keep them for future reference.
