Selection Criteria
The institute of aircraft maintenance engineering offers 2 courses for aspirants to pursue. The admissions will be based on entrance test score and qualifying marks in 10/ +2.
Procedures for admission:
If an aspirant wishes to apply to a particular course and take admission at the institute they are offered two methods through which they may do that. They are as follows:
AME CET:
- AME Common entrance test (CET) is an entrance test conducted by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt of India. It allows candidates with admissions into aviation and aircraft maintenance courses.
- The applicants who apply to this course must have selected PCM in 10/+2 and passed the exam / cleared a 3-year engineering diploma program with mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects.
- The exam will be conducted both in online and offline mode and, it consists of 90 MCQs. The exam is of a duration of 1 and a half hours. The exam's syllabus includes Physics, Chemistry Mathematics, English, General Awareness, and Aptitude.
- Based on the marks scored in this exam, candidates will be requested to appear for counselling and further procedure. A merit list will be created out of the selected candidates and displayed on the official website.
Management quota:
Candidates coming under the categories listed below may apply through management quota and these students will be selected based on the score from the previous qualifying exam.

Intake:
