Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement: 

• Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial & Production Engineering/ Automobile Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Engineering & Mgmt., or equivalent degree; AMIE in the appropriate branch, GATE Score in Mechanical Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering.
• A candidate who has passed the qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects of all the years/semesters of the Bachelor of Engineering /Technology Degree Examination is eligible for admission to M.E. / M.Tech courses. (45% of marks for SC, ST and Category-I candidates. Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidates)

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify PGCET/GATE Entrance exam.
