Ghubaya College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) is a self-financing educational institution in Jalalabad tehsil of Fazilka district, Punjab. The college was established in 2010 by the Ghubaya Educational Society. It is affiliated to Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University, PSBTE&IT and PSEB.

Ghubaya College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) offers diploma and undergraduate level Engineering and Technology programs in the disciplines of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Only offline modes of application are allowed. Candidates can download the application form from the institute website or collect a copy in person from the admission cell.

Diploma candidates are selected on the basis of JET counselling.
Management quota candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.

Ghubaya College of Engineering and Technology Diploma Admission 2023

GCET offers diploma courses in the disciplines of Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The minimum eligibility criterion is to pass 10th standard or equivalent exam with English, Science and Mathematics as the main subjects. The college offers B. Tech programs in up to four engineering disciplines. The minimum eligibility criteria for entry in B. Tech programs offered is 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum 45%.

Selection of candidates is done on the basis of marks/ rank secured by the applicant in JEE Main, which is followed by a counselling session conducted by Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University.
