Students here are eligible to get placed in the 6th sem ie. 3rd year and almost 20-30 companies participate in campus placements ranging from 12 lakhs per annum to 3 lakhs per annum over 50% of students get placed here every year.
Eligibility of the course is, that the applicant should have cleared 10+2 at any course (would help more if you have opted for science). Application forms are available online and also at the campus, reservations are available for various categories and backward castes also for agriculture quotas. The admission process is good except they could add an entrance exam if possible.

Thus, the best suggestion is to study for CAT to get a better score and find the best MBA College rather than IIBS.
The CS program offered by Don Bosco Institute of Technology is quite good. In order to get admission in DBIT Bangalore, the student should have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC/12th standard or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks. Admissions are then given on the basis of the JEE Mains/ COMEDK rank. There are 180 seats for CSE. The 1st year course fee for CSE is INR 125,000. The total fees include library fees and development fees.
The CSE course is of 4 years and each semester includes three internals and one external. The marking scheme is based on Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). The labs are well equipped with necessary instruments.
The college provides soft skill training as well as placement training. Pool placements are held and students with an aggregate of 60% or more usually get placements. Generally, software jobs are offered by visiting companies. Some of the companies that come to the campus placement are Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, TCS, Mindtree, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, KPMG, HVAC. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA.
