- The candidate should be an Indian National.
- Candidate should have passed HSC (Std. XII) examination with PCM and secured a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of Backward Class candidates) in the above subjects taken together and obtained score in MHT-CET.
- Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
- Obtained score in MHT-CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

Candidates those seeking for admission in B.Tech. course must possess a valid score in (MHT-CET). Candidates can also apply for admission on the basis of the JEE Main scorecard.
For the purpose of the final selection, candidates have to register for the counseling. During the counseling process, candidates have to fill the college and course preferences followed by the allotment of seats as per the candidate’s preference and rank.
- 65% admission by Central Allotment Process (CAP) of Government of Maharashtra through MHT-CET.
- 15% admission by Central Allotment Process (CAP) of Government of Maharashtra through JEE Main for MS/OMS candidate.
- 20% admission for institute level quota.
