DPMT mainly involves the manufacturing of moulds for structuring plastics. With the knowledge of mold designing, students will get an overview of the processing and necessary operations involved. Difference: In DPT and DPMT, the only difference lies in the syllabus is the addition of tooling knowledge and design knowledge in DPMT.  The mould design in the DPMT syllabus also teaches 2D-3D designing of mold in the tool room which can help you to become a master of plastics.
