CBS Group of Institutions Undergraduate Admission 2023

CBS Group of Institutions offers admission to its undergraduate B.Tech. programmes on the basis of performance in the national level entrance examination i.e. AIEEE. For other undergraduate programmes such as BBA and BCA, the selection process consists of a personal interview. Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from the relevant stream to be eligible to apply. Selected candidates must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.

AIEEE consists of a 3 hour paper with 90 questions covering all relevant subject matter to the engineering field.

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are given equal weightage.
The questions are objective type.
Four marks are given for every correct response, and 1/4^th is deducted for incorrect responses.

CBS Group of Institutions offers admission to its postgraduate M.Tech. programmes on the basis of performance in the GATE, the national level entrance conducted collectively by the IITs. For MBA and MCA, MAT and OLET scores are considered for selection of candidates. Candidates must possess the qualifying degree in the relevant stream in order to be eligible for admission.

GATE consists of a 3 hour paper with 65 questions covering all relevant subject matter to the field as studied at the undergraduate level.

Sections are included on general aptitude as well as technical aspects.
The questions are objective type or numeric type.
One or two marks is given for every correct response, and 1/3^rd of the marks is deducted for incorrect responses.

Candidates who wish to apply may do so by completing all the steps specified in the following application process. Applications can be submitted through online or offline mode.

Steps for online admission mode

Candidates should log on to the official website, click on the admission tab and select the desired course. Next, the candidates should click the ‘Download Application Form’.

Take a print out of the application, fill in all required details, affix photographs, and attach photocopies of all required documents, including relevant score cards from entrance examinations.

The application fee is Rs. 500.
This fee must be paid via DD, and sent to the Institute along with the printed application form.
The DD should be in favour of ‘CBS Group of Institutions’, payable in Delhi.

Steps for offline admission mode

The form can also be acquired in person at the Institute, and submitted via post along with the necessary copies of required documents.
