I have lived in Bhopal for the past decade, so I know a little bit about LNCT. It is basically a tier-3 engineering college.  It is regarded as the top engineering college in Bhopal, behind MANIT (NIT Bhopal) and possibly RGPV. It is ranked among the top 10 colleges in MP, not only in Bhopal. This college has an outstanding placement record, with nearly 100% placements (or so they say). According to the 2020 placement highlights the highest CTC offered at the institute was 27 LPA.  Bhopal is a fantastic place to live. Life here is immensely enjoyable because of the clean atmosphere, kind people, and excellent infrastructure. From an academic aspect, there are numerous coaching institutes that cater to the needs of students preparing for competitive exams such as GATE, UPSC, GRE, CAT, and a variety of others. These are the reasons why you should choose LNCT over BIT Bhilai. 

You should definitely study CSE at NIT Raipur. NIT Raipur will make three things happen in your life: NIT Tag A job at the end of four years to begin your career (90-95% of people will get a job). Access to a large alumni network (your current seniors at NIT Raipur will be excellent guides). Now, let's talk about NIT Raipur CSE Department. In terms of faculty, you can expect Ph.D. faculty to teach the core courses. They will ensure that your concepts are correct. Furthermore, NIT Raipur has the authority to set and change the curriculum in response to industry demands. The highest package recorded during NIT Raipur placements in 2022 was INR 2 crore per annum. Facebook provided the most generous package. However, at NIT Raipur, some of the highest-paying companies have begun to visit the campus, making it an appealing option for B.Tech students. Remember that the compensation package you will receive at the end of four years will be a reflection of your hard work. NIT Raipur will only offer the chance to sit for those companies.

The students can get better placement in NIT Raipur. One will get good opportunities and exposure in the mining branch too. Moreover, the experience at NIT is far better than BIT DURG. The curriculum followed by BIT DURG and even NIT Raipur is outdated. The institute is at least 10 years behind the current industry practice as compared to NIT Raipur. At least 30 years behind if we compare it with the US or European schools. The industry clientele had taken leaps and bounds in terms of technology and what the students study is old-era theories that have little relevance in practice now.  Many industries hire graduates through campus interviews, 1st train them for 3 to 6 months to prepare the students as per industry requirements and update the knowledge.
