The application process for all the courses offered by college will be done through the counseling process; Applicants need to follow a sequence of steps to apply for the desired course is listed below:
- Visit the official website of A R College of Engineering and Technology.
- Click on the Admission tab available on the home page.
- Again click on Application Form Tab.
- Here you have the option to download the application form or apply online.
- Download and take a printout of the same and fill the form with all the essential details.
- Also, affix a recent passport size photo.
- Finally, send the duly filled application form along with the required documents to the college. Or you can apply online by filling the required details.

The following documents are required at the time of Admission:
- 10 copies of colored passport sized photographs.
- Original Degree and Mark sheets (SSLC, HSC, and Graduation)
- Entrance Exam scorecard or seat acceptance letter.

- Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
- Aspirant should have completed a minimum of 55% marks in PCM (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry).

- Candidates, who have registered on Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) 2020, have to wait for the merit list.
- The final admission is only through the counseling process based on the rank obtained in the 12th exam.
