Established in 1987, (LVPEI) is an eye health facility with its headquarters located in Hyderabad, India. LVPEI is the first major eye institute in India to receive accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare providers (NABH).
LVPEI offers Post Graduate Diploma in Optometry and Vision Sciences (PGDOVS). Candidates who have a Bachelor of Optometry are eligible to apply. Admission to the program is based on merit in the written test conducted by the institute.
