KMCT Medical College offers a 5 years bachelors degree course in medicine (MBBS) and a couple of postgraduate courses in pharmacology and orthopedics. Candidates must score at least 50% (45% for reserved category) in their 10+2 examinations with Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English as compulsory subjects. Postgraduate applicants must successfully complete MBBS in order to be eligible for admission to the MD courses.
Admissions to both the MBBS and MD courses are entrance based. Candidates must produce scores obtained in NEET before applying for the programmes. Candidates are evaluated on the basis of their 12th and MBBS marks (if applicable) and NEET scores. A merit list of shortlisted candidates is released by the college and displayed on the college notice board and website www.kmctmedicalcollege.org. Final selection is done after document verification and the candidate must pay the stipulated fee within the time period specified.
