FMMC is known to offer courses in MBBS, B.Sc and BPT. MBBS and BPT are offered for duration of four and a half year with one-year compulsory rotating internship course. B.Sc in allied sciences is a three-year full-time course. The academic eligibility for under graduate courses is pass in science stream in PUC or equivalent examination and English as a compulsory subject.
All admissions to MBBS will be done on the basis of the valid rank obtained in the NEET followed by KEA counselling. BPT and B.Sc admissions are strictly done on merit of qualifying examination with respect to norms established by RGUHS.

Medical aspirants interested in pursuing post graduation studies in medical sciences can opt for various courses offered by FMMC. The courses offered include MS in five Specializations, MD in 11 Specializations, PG Diploma in 8 Specializations, M.Sc and MPT in four Specializations and MHA. The basis eligibility for postgraduate medical degree and diploma courses is pass in MBBS. M.Sc, MPT and MHA candidates need bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject/discipline.
