NEET UG 2024 will be held on May 5, 2024 for admission to MBBS at Chirayu Medical College. NEET PG 2024 is scheduled to be held on March 3, 2024 for admission to MD/ MS at Chirayu Medical College.


Chirayu Medical College and Hospital is located in Bhopal and is accredited by NABH and is recognized by MP Medical Science University, Jabalpur and Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

CMCH Bhopal offers UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate courses in its curriculum. The UG programs include MBBS program of 5 ½ years duration with the intake of 150 students, BSc in Nursing program of 4-years duration, BSc of 3-years duration in 2 specializations, and Post Basic BSc in Nursing course of 2-years duration. The PG level programs include MD with 5 disciplines and intake of 2 in each and MSc in Nursing program of 2-years duration. The college also offers Diploma in Nursing program of 3-years duration, Diploma in General Nursery and Midwifery course of 6 months duration, Diploma program in 6 Paramedical disciplines, Certificate course in 3 disciplines with 50 seats in each and Certificate in Critical Care program with the intake of 2 students.

  • Candidates seeking admission to MBBS program shall apply for NEET-UG and to MD program must apply for AIPGMEE counseling. Those who are seeking admission to BSc, Post Basic BSc, Diploma, MSc course in Nursing shall apply in offline mode. The form is made available on the college’s website. Payment of the fee could be done either in cash or through the demand draft.
  • Admission to MBBS course is given through NEET-UG conducted by CBSE.
  • Candidates are admitted to MD program through the counseling conducted by Directorate of Medical Education on the basis of their merit in NEET PG.
  • Applicants are admitted to BSc, Post Basic BSc, MSc, Diploma, and Certificate courses on the first-come-first-serve basis considering their merit in the qualifying examination.

Chirayu Medical College and Hospital offers MBBS program of 4 ½ years duration with 1-year of compulsory internship and with the intake of 150 students where 23 are reserved for NRI candidates and 127 are kept for other students.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology are considered eligible to get admission to MBBS program.

Admission to the program is given through NEET-UG conducted by CBSE.

Chirayu Medical College and Hospital runs BSc in Nursing program of 4-years duration, BSc program of 3-years duration in two more disciplines, and Post Basic BSc in Nursing program of 2-years duration.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in PCBE with at least 50% marks are considered eligible to get admission to BSc program. Those who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination and have obtained GNM certificate and is registered as RNRM with the State Nurse Registration Council are considered eligible to join Post Basic BSc in Nursing program.

Admission to BSc and Post Basic BSc in Nursing program is given on the basis of the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination.

Chirayu Medical College and Hospital runs MD program with 5 specializations and intake of 2 in each. Candidates who have passed MBBS from a recognized university recognized by MCI are considered eligible to get apply to MD program. Chirayu Medical College and Hospital runs M.Sc. in Nursing course of 2-years duration.

Candidates who are registered Nurse or Midwife with any State Nursing Registration Council and have completed B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), and Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ ST candidates) marks and have minimum 1-year of work experience after BSc in Nursing or Post Basic BSc in Nursing are considered eligible to get admission to MSc in Nursing program. Chirayu Medical College and Hospital offers Diploma in Nursing program of 3-year duration, General Nursing and Midwifery Diploma course of 6 months duration, Diploma in 6 Paramedical disciplines, Certificate course with 3 Paramedical specializations and intake of 50 in each including Certificate course in Critical Care with 2 seats.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in PCB with minimum 40% marks or have passed 10+2 vocational ANM course are eligible for Diploma in Nursing and General Nursing and Midwifery course. Those who have 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology with minimum 40% marks (35% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates) are considered eligible to apply Diploma course in paramedical disciplines. Applicants who have passed 10+2 in PCB with minimum 40% marks (33% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates) are eligible to apply paramedical Certificate course. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to Certificate course in Critical care is, candidates must have completed Diploma in Anaesthesia or Chest disease or Orthopedics or MD in Medicine, Chest, Anaesthesia or DNB Medicine, Chest, Anaesthesia or MS General Surgery, Orthopedics from an MCI or State Medical Council recognized University. Admission to either Diploma or Certificate course is given based on the merit.
