Eligibility for Non-Resident Indians (NRI) Candidate:
- The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination abroad and is exempted from appearing in GUJCET or candidate who has passed the qualifying examination from a school located in India and has NRI status.
- The NRI candidate will have to produce equivalence certificate of the qualifying examination from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
Eligibility for NRI Sponsored Candidate:
- The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination in India and must have appeared in GUJCET of the current year. The admission will be granted based on the merit list prepared as per the ACPC rank.
- The candidate will have to produce a sponsorship letter (as prescribed) from an NRI who will undertake to pay all tuition and other fees for the entire degree program.
- Documentary evidence of sponsor having NRI Status must also be produced.
