Comparably NEIGRIHMS is better. However, both of these two institutes have their advantages.

NEIGRIHMS:

It has a virtual dissection table. Other than one or two medical colleges, you can’t find this facility anywhere in India.
As their student intake is not high, the student-teacher ratio is better. You will get more personal attention from teachers.
The campus is clean and quite beautiful.
The internship salary is more.
